All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Julie Kavanagh Fine Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Prices and availability of services are subject to change without notice.
Commissions & Custom Artwork
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a commission slot and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
Commissions start at $1,000 and may include multiple pieces.
Artistic interpretation may vary slightly from reference images. The final artwork will align with the style shown in my portfolio.
Changes to the scope of the project must be requested in writing and may incur additional costs.
Shipping & Returns
All sales are final unless otherwise arranged or agreed upon in writing.
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the Client unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Artist will carefully package all artwork to ensure safe delivery. However, the Artist is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. If damage occurs, the Client should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
The Artist is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Client is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the Client may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
For international shipments, the Client is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
